1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within [1–2 business days] from the date of order confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Public holidays.

  • In case of high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch may be delayed. Customers will be notified in such cases.


2. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

    • Delivery location

    • Order weight/volume

    • Selected shipping method

  • We may offer:

    • Free shipping on All Order

All shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed before payment confirmation.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines vary depending on the shipping location:

  • Metro Cities: 1-2 business days

  • Non-Metro / Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 2-3 business days

  • Remote Areas: 3-4 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or force majeure events.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS.

  • Tracking details and courier information will be provided.

  • You can track your shipment using the tracking number shared.


5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times. If unsuccessful:

  • The shipment may be returned to our warehouse.

  • Re-shipping charges may apply.


6. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across:

  • All major locations within India.

  • Customs duties and import taxes, if applicable, are payable by the customer.


7. GST & Invoicing

  • All prices displayed on our website are inclusive/exclusive of GST (specify as applicable).

  • A valid GST invoice will be issued for every order.

  • Customers wishing to claim Input Tax Credit (ITC) must provide accurate GSTIN details at the time of purchase.

  • Once an invoice is generated, GST details cannot be modified.


8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If you receive a damaged product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share photos/videos as proof.

  • We will investigate and arrange for replacement/refund as applicable.

In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner and resolve the issue promptly.
